Small group training with individualized coaching
Are your goals to transition from physical therapy to the training you used to do before you were injured, learn how to safely strength train around your osteoporosis (or other age-related issues), continue working out around a current injury or limitation, learn appropriate form with guidance from a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength/Conditioning coach, train in a welcoming and non-threatening environment, or improve your performance in a recreational activity you love?
