Dr. Hinshaw specializes in treating orthopedic sports injuries and is also passionate about injury prevention programs specifically for athletes and women.  She knows what it takes to train and compete at the highest level as she was a Division I collegiate softball athlete. Her goal is to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and training with performance-based physical therapy for active people. Sieara is a Hendersonville native and enjoys spending time with her family, playing slow pitch softball and golf, and hiking in the beautiful mountains of WNC with her husband and dog.
