Back Pain Keeping You in the Sidelines?
You’re an active adult or athlete who won’t settle for “just live with it.” But typical physical therapy clinics keep you waiting, give you one-size-fits-all treatments, and focus only on getting you out of pain—not on restoring full strength, optimizing movement, and keeping you injury-free for good.

Pain with sitting, standing, or lifting?
Daily tasks stall when your back protests every move.

Tight, guarded, or recurring flares?
Compensation changes your mechanics and creates new aches up and down the chain.

Tried rest, meds, or generic plans?
Without a targeted, progressive program, progress plateaus and pain lingers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a physician referral to start PT?
No. North Carolina is a direct-access state, so you can start PT without a referral. We screen thoroughly and refer out when needed.
Do you take my insurance?
We’re a private-pay (out-of-network) clinic. You can use HSA/FSA, and we’ll provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
How long are visits and are they one-on-one?
Yes—one-on-one with your DPT, with longer visits so we can treat and train effectively.
Is dry needling used for back pain?
When appropriate, yes—dry needling can reduce muscle tension and pain so we can progress mobility and strengthening.
What makes Outshine different for back pain?
Fast scheduling, no lobby waits, VIP access, and a performance-based plan that takes you beyond pain to strong.
