Why Your Knee Pain Keeps Coming Back
Knee pain isn’t just an inconvenience — it can derail your workouts, daily activities, and overall progress. Many people try to push through or rely on temporary fixes, but without addressing the underlying causes, the pain always returns. Our approach focuses on identifying what’s driving your discomfort, correcting movement patterns, and rebuilding true strength and stability so you can stay active without fear of setbacks.

Pain with stairs or squats?
Every step or rep stalls progress when the knee won’t cooperate.

Stiff, unstable, or swelling after activity?
Compensation changes your mechanics and creates new aches up and down the chain.

Tried rest, braces, or generic plans?
Without a targeted, progressive program, progress plateaus and pain lingers.

Do I need a physician referral to start PT?
No. North Carolina is a direct-access state, so you can start PT without a referral. We screen thoroughly and refer out when needed.
Do you take my insurance?
We’re a private-pay (out-of-network) clinic. You can use HSA/FSA, and we’ll provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
How long are visits and are they one-on-one?
Yes—one-on-one with your DPT, with longer visits so we can treat and train effectively.
Is dry needling used for knee pain?
When appropriate, yes—dry needling can reduce muscle tension and pain so we can progress mobility and strengthening.
