You're stuck between wanting to stay strong and not knowing where to start
You’re an active adult or athlete who won’t settle for “just live with it.” But typical physical therapy clinics keep you waiting, give you one-size-fits-all treatments, and focus only on getting you out of pain—not on restoring full strength, optimizing movement, and keeping you injury-free for good.

You're navigating perimenopause or menopause
Hormonal changes are affecting your energy, muscle mass, and bone density—and you need a training approach that understands your body's unique needs right now.

Generic gym programs don't work for you
Cookie-cutter fitness plans ignore age-related changes, past injuries, and the need for proper form guidance, leaving you frustrated or risking reinjury.

You want safe, expert guidance
You need more than just a trainer—you need someone who understands how alignment, strength, and recovery work together as your body changes.

Dr. Sieara and Dr. Maggie provide hands-on coaching to ensure proper form and build your confidence from day one.
What makes your program different from a regular gym?
You're not just getting a trainer—you're training with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist who understands how your body changes during perimenopause and menopause. We address bone density, muscle mass, alignment, injury prevention, and modifications specific to your needs. Plus, our small group format (3-6 women) ensures individualized attention every session.

How does the small group training work?
You'll train twice per week in small groups of 3-6 women at similar fitness levels and life stages. Each session is coached by Dr. Sieara, and programming is individualized based on your goals, current abilities, and any limitations. The group format creates accountability and community while maintaining the personalized attention you need. Month-to-month commitment—no long-term contracts.
